On December 10th, 2018, Haiphong International Container Terminal (HICT) received 03 biggest STS cranes in Vietnam. These STS cranes includes in the equipment bidding package of 06 STS cranes and 24 eRTG cranes manufactured by Mitsui E&S - Japan in 2018. These new generation STS cranes are designed with lifting capacity up to 50T / single cont and 65T / double cont, the lifting height under the spreader is 46m and the outreach of the crane is 65m, which can handle mother vessel of 24 rows.
