On April 2, 2019 HaiPhong​ International Container Terminal (HICT) was honored to welcome comrade Phung Quoc Hien - Member of Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly and the mission team to visit the terminal. The mission team included representatives of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Ministries, the leaders of the Municipal Party Committee, Hai Phong City People's Committee, and many other relevant agencies.
